Through my travels and living abroad, one form of communication has consistently unified the understanding of the people and its culture the act of eating. Eating is the most sensual act we daily participate in and therefore one of the most revealing of our nature. That is why I have repeatedly worked with food as the base insight into my research, ideas and design. These ideas converge where Design + Food + Psychology meet.
